It won't open ???
Can you imagine getting the top ad displayed on your site and clicked for 2 times aday. That would do for me.
But you cant choose which ads to display on your site.

This list doesn't mean anything. Your site must be relevant and your quality score must be VERY high. Google measures conversion rates for advertisers. So let's say I am paying $80 for the top keyword and my site hasn't had 1 conversion for the advertisers in 3 weeks, I can expect to be paid pennies on that keyword.
Also, don't forget, that even though the bid for the top keyword is $80 does NOT mean he is paying $80. This is called Bid Surfing, in a way. If I am bidding $80 and the person below is bidding $2. I usually will not pay $80.
One last fact to keep in mind. AdWords also have a Quality Score. So although their max bid is $80, their quality scorew could be REALLY good or REALLY bad. So in turn, they can pay $1 a click or $35!
Google has these wierd algorithm's to figure this stuff out. Now the mission is to crack them!
