Does google adsense & adwords work good?

I am curious on the results of adwords and adsense from google. Some say it is hopeless and a waste of money. I haven't tried it yet, but do you guys think it is worth the money for this service? If so, for how long and other better methods to get me to the top? Thanks.

Adsense are good to make some money if you have alot of traffic .
Adword is helpful to get traffic to your website if you know how to use it.
should not advertise in the countries that you are not expecting clients from . for ex:
let's say you have office of insurance in florida, you should not advertisein all the world, you have to specify the area of florida or at least U.S.A
the problem of adword now is the fraude and unvalid click. but it will work if you know how to bid thekeyword and lead the compain well.

Yes, I've benefited greatly with Adsense and Adwords.

It was much more difficult to gain advertising revenue before Adsense. As for Adwords, it is helped somewhat with gaining new customers.

Really, it depends on your business and website. And yes, to get the most out of adwords and not go broke, you need to do your homework. Check out the site in my signature to learn more about adwords.
