I get email like this google will be banned me or not

You xxxxx, shouldn't take articles off of our site with out our permission and using as your own to drive traffic for google links. They should have also had a link to Business Industrial Network (xxxxxxxxx) as the donator of the article (If you had permission). Especially if their primary use is to attract visitors to a google ad farm.

Surely I warned you about this with the first article. Please correct both articles or remove them and then send me links to them so we can verify. We will also request of our Google contact, that you be removed from their ad supplier list for illegal actions and notify your ISP if your business practice do not change. Thank you

Now follow them remove all articles copy from them and informn them already but this email them send to me them cc google also if like this google will banned me or not

No, you will not getting ban for now. As it said you have beeen warned. What you into now? is it Google Adsense or Google Adword? It will be wise doing what Google support team tell you to. Like what others senior used to tell me before, if they give you a chance, you better grab it and appreciate it. You must be wrong of something, or else they will not sending you this. You better apologize to what you have done in a good matter. And i think they will accept it. All the best to you.
