MESA, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 24, 2004--YP Corp. (OTCBB:YPNT), a leading provider of Internet yellow pages and related services, has selected Google to deliver targeted advertising to users of its online yellow pages.

Under the terms of the agreement, users who look up businesses on YP.Com's site will see relevant ads in addition to their search results. The ads will be supplied by Google through its Google AdSense(TM) program and will be related to the user's search query.

"YP Corp. provides a highly-focused, information-rich environment for anyone searching for businesses," said Joseph Johnson, YP Corp.'s director of special projects, in announcing the agreement. "We believe this link will benefit our users as well as our company," Johnson said.

YP Corp. has over 250,000 targeted page views per day on its site. In addition to more than 18 million business listed, the company has more than 300,000 customers for its Internet Advertising Package featuring preferred placement and other benefits in its listings. Google's text-based ads will appear to the right of YP.Com's search results screen, offering additional information on products and services to YP.Com users.

"We see our Google AdSense agreement as the beginning of a strong relationship with Google," Johnson said.
