Adwords trademark violations

Has anyone had any trouble with other companies using a trademarked name as an adwords search term and/or heading. I have made several complaints to Google and am told that it takes six months to process the necessary paperwork. I find it difficult to believe that a company the size of Google can take that long to do some paper work.

I find it suspicious that it takes Google so long to take action while they are making money off the offending advertising.

I agree, that is suspicious. If you can assemble enough evidence and write out a formal complaint, I would be happy to bring the concern to the attention of someone at Google.
