Question Concerning Adsense TOS

hey all,

Im in the process of a launching a web service similar to webwarper.net (basically a web proxy that compress's html using gzip)

Am i to understand that i can place adsense ad's on my main page but not on the headers of the websites users are browsing to? thanks all.

That is absolutely right because google TOS allows placing adsense ads only on pages with content. Of course you can take the risk.
