It doesn't look "contextual" on first glance... it appears to be okay to do it alongside AdSense.

I would check with Google before I attempt to do it, though.

I think its very much not appropriate to use both adengage and adsense on same page, but i think u can use them on diffrent pages. again i suggest you to read the google policies and terms.....
