dose this mean iam banned?

hi i earned 70$ in google adsense and they said that i will receive pin code before 18th jan 2007 and today i.e. 10.1.07 when i loged in they display this message

An AdSense account does not exist for this login, as it is associated with an unapproved application. For more information about your application, please review the message we sent to the email address you provided with your application.

can anyone say me wat may be the reason and i dint received any mail about it and when i sended mail to them they dint replied dose anyone know wat it is??

i asked them about it by sedning mail i sended 2 times but they dint replied
