How long to cancel

About how long does it take for the google adsense team to cancel my account by request? I wish to cancel it because my email got hacked. I have been witing for a month and still no reply.

Also, my business email won't be approved because it is listed as my separate account.

Life is getting so complicated with google now.

why you don't contact support again maybe your letter not send to them..
