Got banned from Adsense

I found myself banned from Adsense with near 20000 adclicks and 1000$ income. Explanation - "invalid clicks and/or impressions have been generated"
I'm 100% sure that i never clicking on my site ads, not even IPs from my country(Bulgaria, all clicks comes from Usa,Canada, and West Europe), absolutely honest i was, no fraud at all, but it is possible that refreshing my sites from my browser, or preview it when inserting Google script to generate this kind of "invalid impressions"......???
I invest a lot of time and work on this, and its not a good feeling when receive e-mail with subject "Your Google AdSense account is disabled."
They did'nt answer to my appeal for 5 days, i'm really mad, have waste lot of time and don't know what to do.....
So did refreshing pages generate invalid impressions?

I have spend a lot of time for reading ad sense TOS ans policies.
According to ads sense TOS you can view your web page as much as you can . that means excessive refreshment does not violates ad sense TOS so there is no cause of ban for refreshment unless invalid clicks . But sudden jump in earning flags your account and ad sense closely monitor your account .
If your earning suddenly jumped and there is some invalid clicks then this may be cause of banning .

It is unfortunate, but just because you weren't involved doesn't mean the clicks weren't fraudulent. The following is a true story:

An acquaintance of mine (I would never say friend), worked in an industry whose keywords had been bid up over $30. He would send out emails to his company asking employees to click through anytime they saw an ad from a competitor so that they would end up paying thousands in useless ad spend. Of course, from Google's perspective, most of those clicks are coming from the same IP at the corporate level, and if a person happened to own a particular blog that targeted those keywords and the people from the same IP kept clicking, Google would have to assume fraud.

Dear Ferrarist75 , I am really worry about your situation. Write to google adsense team with true story. If you are honest and lucky they will reactivate your adsense account. However you must keep in mind this think;

"Google adsense team are very smart to find click fraud- therefore all adsense publishers must be honest."

They will reply in one week or so. Unfortunately, adsense is something you can not depend on 100%. It just take few clicks from a not so good friend or an ex., all the hardwork is undone!

But there is life outside adsense. Look around and plan for the future. Never depend on just one channeel to monitise your site.
