When you start an adwords campaign, Google offer you lots of free training videos to watch.

They are very good.

Sign up with google adwords as it's free, considering for learning purpose. Your campaign starts only after you provide the payment details.

At least you should set up the maximum daily budget.
For me, I think just 1-2 dollars is enough.

To learn, and get idea on real working.
After that slightly add budget.

To learn I think this amount is not much, when we campare with what we will obtain in the future.

Yes, sign up for GG Adwords is free.

And you can learn for it, until you think you are ready to go.

And just modified billing information, after that GG will charged you 5 dollar.
