question about adsense on blogger

Hi, I just started a blog and like the option to add adense to the template. I add about 4 ad's including one on the bottom, but it only shows up if if that's the only one I have. My first page ( http://iansandsphotography.blogspot.com/ ) Only shows one ad, but other pages on my site ( http://iansandsphotography.blogspot....4_archive.html ) shows the 3 I added down the side but still not the bottom one. But there is only one template that I added adense to that technically should show up in all pages.

Is only 1 ad allowed on the first page? Please help.
