Junk Directories

Hello. I am currently running an adwords campaign for my new site. However, I've noticed an increasing amount of junk directories listing my adwords ad as well as those of my competitors. Most of these sites say "this domain is for sale" and have no content. Many of the titles of these webpages also have nothing to do with the products I sell. Are these sites a concern? Should or can I report them to google? Why do sites do this? Thanks in advance.

well you i think don't have to do that, besides google notice if a site is cheating or doing something wrong...

all the web sites can run an adwords campaign.Google will eventually find out. Just keep doing what you are doing and you will get the result.

I have the same problem here .... I split my campaign and create one only for Google Search and the other only for Google Content.
