Yahoo!'s version of AdWords?
Has anyone noticed this? I was just on Yahoo! Groups a while ago and I noticed that at the bottom of every group's home page, there's a little box that says Yahoo! Sponsored Links and 3 text ads. haven't been to Yahoo Groups for a few weeks already, so I just saw this now. the ads don't seem to be related to the content of the group/page though...
do you think Yahoo! is gonna come up with it's own version of AdWords, or is this just a typical text ad? |

It is very possible. Someone with google doing things such as offering Email services, Advertising services, etc. is a great threat to other directory sites such as MSN and Yahoo!. I think that they will eventually offer something similar, I mean they do everything else.
