Well, it could also mean that Google isn't allowing your visitors to click twice. I've had that problem before.
I've also had a problem with their new coding. You can't put the code on your message board, without the cookies being messed up. By all that means, no one can login into my forums everytime I have it on there. So I had to remove it from there.
Hopefully they'll be fixing that problem soon enough. So many companies use it for their forums.
