can I use adsense money in adwords

Please tell me that if I have (for example) $60 in my adsense account, can I use these 60 dollars in adwords.

you mean direct payment to adwords? coz i don't think you can do that..

Adsense and Adwords are totally different.. so it isn't possible to do that.
