Support from Google

I added funds to my adwords account 4 days ago. the funds have been authorized by my financial institution, however, the still have not made it to my Google account; thus; no adds running. On-line chat with their 'support team' has resulted in nothing less that frustration, as each and every day I contacted them, the story changed. We are talking about a process that usually takes a few minutes at best. The first answer was - wait a few hours, our system is slow. The second was that it can take 24 hours. the third contact resulted in 'this is a 48 hour process' ; The last contact with Google, at the 48 hour and 5 minute point, resulted in 'We'll let you know if anything changes..., in the mean time, just create a new account and try it that way...???

Any seasoned adwords professionals out there that have been through this, and actually got it resolved ? You input will be greatly appreciated !!

been there...

actually, according to my financial institution, Google has not completed the transaction; there is definitely something going 'off' on their end, not the banks. Google got their pre authorization successfully, and this was verified by a Google agent; their system just needs to complete it. unfortunately, at this point, there seems to be no one (that I've communicated with at least) that can fathom the concept that the problem might actually be on their end.
