Question About Adsense and Mass Emails

I don't yet have the Adsense account, but, eventually I would like to sign up for one. I have been reading around that the rules are very strict when signing up for the account.

I have a question:

Is it legal to have someone else promote my website... via emails... to boost traffic?

There would be no messages asking potential clickers to click on the google ads.

So, would this get me banned?

If you are sending email just once and message must contain removal information. I think it's not a big deal...

Adsense will suspend your account if you promote your site on PTR. GPT, autosurf and other robot traffic sites...

What do you mean by this?

You can use massmail software or web-based paid massmail programs...That's if you have your mailing list..

thought maybe there was certain mass email companies i should avoid.

i would have to pay someone since i don't have a list of viewers.

you can not spam to get traffic , Is mass mailing best idea to get traffic ?
Traffic from mass mailing are of low quality it will generate low CTR .
So i think paying money for mass mailing is worth less .... There are many more ideas to get traffic try them .
