Hello

The first step you should take is Research your keywords. Find them, store them and use them. Stuffed your keywords in content of the page. Use Keywords wisely on each page of your website.
The next step is after getting your website indexed then look for inbound links fro Related site to yours. I advice is not to get links from those website whose PR is High but unrelated to your site.

Blogging, Submissions are steps you must process accordingly. You will get traffic then.

Exchange links with similar site. Reciprocal links are a great free way to drive highly targeted traffic to your site.

2. Submit to any popular search engines such as Yahoo!, Google, etc.
3. Visit to some blog sites and give coment there with inserting your site address.
4. Go forward to try, try and try!
