i think you should improve your link popularity atleast with that you'll have greater opportunity to receive traffic and clicks to your adsense

you should have to create very unique and catchy topics so that it can be a link bait for your blog...

one thing you have to work on is your adsense placement, because even if you have only 100 visitors per day, if only 2% click on an ad then it's only 2 clicks a day. Now if on average you'd have 15% of visitors clicking on an ad, with 100 visitors it wouldn't be much per day but at elast you'd not totally waste your efforts.

So improve your ad placement would be my first advice, before anything else.

Go and ask for advice about that.

How's your traffic? Blogs tend not to have very CTRs...you need a lot of traffic to make much $.

first learn basic SEO tips, starting your on-page, contents, site structure, adsense placement, etc.

then learn and practice quality link building...
