AdSense algorithm
Does anyone have the faintest idea how Google actually decide what ads to place based on dynamic content of phpBB boards?
I run a car club and have recently started an AdSense campaign and all I get are stupid ads for picture frames, authentic antique posters and vintage poster art |

It's simple. Adsense displays ads on phpBB forums according to the content posted or embedded in them.
So say I make a post containing the names of many different brands of cars, and others follow in a similar way, adsense has a higher chance of displaying ads related to cars. It's true that phpBB thread pages are dynamically parsed by PHP, but adsense caters the ads AFTER the page has been parsed by PHP followed by being analyzed by the adsense server. |
