I think you can't transfer.

As far as I know, you can't transfer from Adsense to Adwords.

That would be an awesome feature, though. Seems like it would make Google more money if people could easily spend their Adsense earnings on Adwords instead of cashing out.

Right, you can't do that. Adsense and adwords are different. Why are you not withdraw your money in adsense and then spend it for adwords?
