Monitoring AdWords Campaigns Internationally
Hi, I'm a newbie with AdWords and the first thing I want to do is start researching some keywords in order to find a niche and write good ads.
The thing is, I need to test campaigns and ads out on a site overseas - basically, I've moved to Poland but my clients are in the UK. One thing I've know is that Google can detect IP addresses and display relevant ads for region, etc, but that's actually not what I want in this case. When I type in a Google search, the sponsored links that appear in my browser are different from my client's in the UK. My client can of course see all the local Google ads, which is what I need to be able to see. How can I conduct accurate research if I can't see the same, or even similar results? Sure, I can research keywords, but I've not found a way to monitor ad placements, etc. Anyone any ideas? Am I asking the impossible? Thanks |

Hi, so ok, this is where I answer my own post and hope it helps anyone else out there who read it
So, the answer is the Global Google Firefox extention which allows you to right click any search result listings and choose from a variety of countries. You can then view how your ads would appear in that country and you can see all the local business ads, which is what I need to be able to do. Er... thanks me. Google Global Firefox Extension TTFN |
