Question Spoofing site context for ads...?

Hello. I'm new to AdSense and the Google Community and was wondering if it has been discussed as to how to spoof (for legitimate reasons) the page hosting an AdSense ad. For example, consider a modern web application that loads its content dynamically and may serve up numerous different inner "pages" (that may or may not be locally hosted) while maintaining ads in a separate frame. Ideally the ads should be contextually targeted to the content in the current page, but there is a separation between the two entities.

In short, does anyone know how to merge separated ad blocks and content by supplying (or spoofing) the host url that an AdSense ad applies to?

Thanks for any thoughts on the matter.
