Hosting banners on my site through the Google network

Hi guys,

Hope you all had a great holiday.

I run a very large website and I would like to begin hosting banners that are automatically generated to our site via the Google network. I'm not certain this is AdSense, as you can't seem to control with AdSense whether a text, video, or banner ad will display on a given impression.

So what I mean is; Let's say you are running a Site Targeted campaign with AdWords, and you get that list of all the sites participating in the Google network that you can choose... How do I get my site on that list?

I want to basically be able to enter into a certain category, and then have banners automatically end up on my site when an AdWords client selects my site to run his/her banners on.

How do I do this?

Actually, I figured this out. AdSense has always felt a little lacking to me in features and options. I work with AdWords quite often, and it's night and day, between the two interfaces. But I realized I could only host banners if I chose, through the Set Up tab there.

One thing I'm not sure of though, is how I accrue revenue from Video Ads. Do I get paid when a person views the trailer? Or do they have to click into the actual website as well?
