How long b4 adsense accept/declineme?

Hey, I signed up I Monday to google adsense and when I try yo log in I get this message,

How long will it be before they accept/decline me?

Can take up to 1 week or even more, depending on your location and languaage. Your site looks okay, I guess you will get in. be patient!

I have been waiting nearly, probably, a month now.

I may just re enter the url!
