Hide "Ads by Google" against TOS ?

I found a website that hide "Ads by Google"
I thought it is a cool idea and I want to do with my website ,but I not sure it is against Adsense TOS or not.
Check out this website you will not found "Ads by Google" .
If your see in the source code you will found the Adsense script like this

For first Adsense script

google_ad_height = 71; <----------- not standard parameter
google_ad_format = "728x90_as";


For the second Adsense script

google_ad_height = 40; <---------- not standard parameter
