Adsense Clicks a new style

One of my friend is desiging a web site where people can paste adsense links, and every member that has registred will click on ads by other member. So that every own can earn. the web site will redirect the member adsense links through his web site, for adsense.

He wants idea and suggestions so the work he is doing is sucess.

im not really sure if google allow this one.. try to read their rules regarding that...

What happened after you do that thing? do you guys gain tons of earnings from your adsense?
