i own only domain

there is no website

when i apply for google adsense my application is always rejected

i own only typo domain

How can you put your adsense ads if you have no website. Definitely google will reject your application. You must have website first before google will approve your application.

Why apply for adsense if you don't have a website?

Adsense is not for typo or parked domain. It is for websites with real content.
If you need adsense like ads for parked domain, park it with godaddy and enroll the program for the same. This is going to be a revenue sharing program, they will take a minimum amount plus percentage per month. Obviously you need some traffic to make money out of it.
