I am getting Clicks n my adword Ad

Hi

I have recently done PPC service for my web ( about 5 days back).But i did not find any click on my ad??

Is there any reason for that (My ad is active showing on status summary))

Hmm I wont say that's strange cos my friend had the same concern..

You may not be bidding high enough for the keywords you've chosen and you aren't getting many impressions, hence no clicks. Bid higher and you might have more luck.

It may be 1 of two things. If the impression and the click through is low then that means your CPC is too low.

If the impression rate is high and the click through is low then that means either the keywords your targeting aren't the best keywords OR you need to work on your text ads.

When i create a campaign (and i have created many successful campaigns) I'll start off with making a huge targeted list of keywords. Set all the keywords to all the match types "broad, exact, and phrase". This will allow you to target a larger part of the keyword spectrum.

2nd; Break up the keywords into different targeted ad groups.

The 3rd thing you should do is create different ads, I usually create 2 to 3 different ads per ad group. Have Google run the optimized ad display which will only display the better performing ad of the bunch.

Having multiple ads per ad group will allow you to see which ads work the best. Sometimes having words like WOW, SALE, BEST, and CHEAPEST convert really well.

I would have a better idea of what was going on if i could see the campaign, but you should try what i said before getting to concerned.
