Can you provide an example of such site? I have seen some pictures of adsense checks, for example see here adsense revenue, but I think those are scam. Until I see a site, I won't believe.

Most would be scams. However, there are people making that kind of money with Adsense. I'll be happy just to make it into the FedEx Club.

I guess the big traffic sites will make that kind of money or you have 100 sites or more or your site is about insurance or some ridiculous high paying keyword and you rank well, then you may not need a lot of traffic to make 1k a day.
