Somebody Should Tell Google!!!

Am from Africa, 80% of the publisher here use google adsense,
i recently discovered that almost all the GSM networking supplying
us with internet access in Africa use centralised IP which means
if System A connect from South Africa where you have MTN SOUTH
AFRICA and System B connect from MTN Nigeria both are using the
same IP. This has been bothering me for quiet sometime because
one of the ways google use to control fraud in their google adsense
program is IP.
Dear forumite, what do you have to say about this? Should we not
take the issue to google direct or do we inform then? knowing quiet
recently they have block so many publisher account from this end of
the world. I await your contribution.

I use one of those ips. Won't it affect my work and more over
i have several websites, blogger account and forum, how do i go about all this?

I was denied access to a site and when I enquired I was told that they had blocked the african IP addresses because of the amount of spams coming from Nigeria.Is that what you are talking about?

What am talking about is that many of the mobile network that gives us internet access in Africa use centralised ip which google is not aware of.
when clicks come from this IPs, it look as if its self that has click the ad but thats not true, and they end up calling it scam just like what they have told you. You were told massive scam comes from Nigeria but i will belt my last cash that its the IPs stuff. Many Nigerians are not aware they are using centralised IPs until i started posting this similiar topic in different forums.
So, thats is what am talking about. What they refer to as scams are not scams and i can proove it. There is this adage in my place that "state" give a dog a bad name and hang it. They are good at giving Nigeria such name.

So what is the solution.?You say we should tell google but u cant even contact google with a problem about anything.The only way to find out anything is through forums like this one.They are making all the money and we are marketing their product for them for nothing.People should start looking elsewhere and start making the playing field more even so maybe we can start getting a service from Google.This always happens when there is a monopoly and Google virtually has it.Lets start getting yahooed. Although I must concede that Google is so very user friendly
