I got Approve for google Adsense now What? I want to know how to get ads that i want on my site on the adsense page it says im set up on public service ads, enter a URL for alternate ads???? I dont get it?

What should I do next to earn money? My website page is http://mesotheliomaphysicians.com/
And also how do i make money off the search bar?

Yay, it seems that the "upper powers" have disabled the use of img tags in signatures.

mesothelioma... ha ha ha... what made you want to create a site about that? I'm sure it's the reportedly high bid prices on the keyword. Not sure what Google thinks of that.

You'll also have to watch out for a duplicate content penalty... you copied all your site's content directly from http://www.mesotheliomacenter.org/ab...sothelioma.php

I dont know about you man, but good luck about promoting that page. The competition is so thick in that are that you need a machete to cut it...
