I got Approved for google Adsense now What? I want to know how to get ads that i want on my site on the adsense page it says im set up on public service ads, enter a URL for alternate ads???? I dont get it?

What should I do next to earn money? My website page is http://mesotheliomaphysicians.com/
And also how do i make money off the search bar?

just put a bar at the top of your page. You can also put on the search bar on your site. You dont have to think about how you make the money. Put the stuff up and let people do their thing.

u know how to copy paste the script right?
sometimes the ads doesnt appear right away
