How can I make money off of this site? Is it profitable? What should I do to get High Pay per Clicks? Please any answers would be greatful.

the site seems well designed to me.
You need to drive traffic to it in order to make money with it.

I don't know it.
I know that keyword is in the lists of high paying keywords but this does not mean that all the advertisers for that keyword bid so high.
have you already had clicks? How much did they pay?

if you think you can penetrate google adwords with mesothelmia with 5 cents. Searchers will need a driller to see your ad coz of the deep position you'll be in.

And dont be fooled by the high paying keywords that published by some lists. Theyre always fluctuating

it looks like a good site, you wont get $40somthing dollars per click, but you WILL get $1-$10 per click, i own a site almost identical to this one and thats what i make.

the problem, is getting targetted traffic to visit your site since it'll most likly be listed about...50th-100th on most search engines, the only way you'll make 'big bucks' is to advertise..advertise..and advertise some more, on mesothelmia sites, forums, etc

visitors from different countries see different ads this is why its not always possible to create these type of sites effectively

Another thing i will share as well..
believe it or not .. there is a lot of rubbish floating round regarding adsense keyword lists

many of these lists contain overture keywords & their bid prices.. just because someone bids $60 a click .. doesnt mean you will get it

Google pays i think ( 30% of the click value - their fee )
I tried to calculate it based on an adwords ad i had running lol

it is a high paying keyword though but their are better ones..

another very important thing too...

the adverts value are determined by many things.. keywords etc but above all CONTENT.. you need exceptional content to receieve adverts that pay above $20 a click.

i have spent ages learning the things i know
& i'll tell you this for free....

lets say you create a page about ... dieting
you need to provide as much info as you can find.. diet types, details, effects, results . every little bit of info you can find

do this and you will see good results !

also .. dont include more than 8 keywords on a page.. and they must all be related

example
student loans, low interest student loans, bad credit student loans
