For example .. Loans

Now that would be good IF you coudl get a number 1 spot on the major search engines with very good keywords.. apart from that .. avoid it... dont be a sheep


A good area at the moment is Life Insurance

There are many variations of life insurance & some of them preform very well
I set up 2 1 page sites covering 2 variations of the life insurance market and they are doing very nicely.

So when deciding on a new site .. think of it like this

Pick a subject ..

Example : Loans

Find a sub market ..

Example .. Student Loans

Keep going down as far as you can ..

Student Loans > Low Interest Student Loans >
Student Loans > Low Interest Student Loans > Low Interest Unsecured Student Loans

Student Loans > Bad Credit Student Loans
Student Loans > Unsecured Bad Credit Student Loans

Dive as deep as you can into the market and attack it !
