Need to Buy an AdWords Account

Does anyone know where I can buy an old AdWords account? The main demand is half year + in use.

Please, help.

I wish the guy shared his reason. I am not even sure, how one can buy or sell an account. I can't remember, isn't the account linked to one's SSN or something like that? I know the AdSense account is linked to a SSN through some tax form, but I am not sure about the AdWords account.

Why should you want old adwords account? Because you can create your own new account for free then
