How to make adsense look like this

I'm looking for the answer..
Like in this Google Community site the AdSense banner looks like this:

Can someone help me how to make this happen?

Well login to your adsense account go to " AdSense for Content" -> "Ad layout code" -> Link unit (select the radio box).. continue as usual.

I have adsesne on the bellow domains.

Any suggestion on how to improve the CTR ?
Ad placement ... something ....
