adsense newbie

Hi, I have adsense on my fms forum. My question is, can I use the same account to put adsense on another site that I have? This is a css directory, and I would love to had adsense on here as it actually gets a bit more traffic then my forum does.

Would greatly appreciate any help in this area. Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can put the adsense code in as many pages as you like.

Hi,
Thanks for your very quick reply!

Do I need to do anything specific? The ads on my forum are specifically for the forum. Will the same adds show up on the directory? Or will it *know* that its a different page? (it being adsense of course)

Thanks in advance.

Yes, it'll know that it's a different site and deliver different ads to the different site.

That is the beauty of text links, they are related to your websites content most of the time.

Do you feel that the text links are better then the banner type adds? Just curious.

I think that they are better because they don't pop up in your face. Take it from an end-user's persepective. Do you really want to see this colorful banner flashing at your face when you're trying to read something? Text links aren't as vibrant and in general generate more revenue because they don't cause the end user to say oh wait that's an ad, I won't click on it.

Lupine1647.
I think that i agree with you on this one. I have thought about removing the larger ones from my forum, and using the links instead. I think that the banner one sort of takes from the site. And, lol I like how you stated that the end user will click on it as it doesn't state that its an add! Nice thought.

thanks so much for all the help you have given to me. Its appreciated greatly.
