Terms and Conditions Concerns...

Quote:
In no event, however, shall Google make payments for any earned balance less than $10.
Am I reading this right or does this mean if I don't get 10$ or more in the 30 day period I won't recieve my earned balance?

Competitive Ads and Services
We do not permit Google ads or search boxes accessing Google search services to be published on web pages that also contain what could be considered competing ads or services. If you have elected to receive contextually-targeted Google ads, this would include all other contextually-targeted ads or links on the same page as Google ads. This would also include ads throughout the site that mimic Google ads or otherwise appear to be associated with Google on your site. Although you may sell ads directly on your site, it is your responsibility to ensure these ads do not mimic Google ads. If you have elected to receive Google search services, this would include other search services on the same site and non-Google query-targeted ads. We do allow affiliate or limited-text links.
Does this mean I cannot run any other ads on my site?

To the first one, no because I've had a few months where I earned less than $10. But now you're making me go to Google's TOS because that sentense can be taken out of context. After looking and it was taken out of context. That sentense concerns if you terminate your agreement with Google.

As for the second issue, it says ads that mimic so services which make look alike Google ads, those are a no no. Otherwise you're okay.

1) Google is only saying that you won't get a check that says less than $10 on it. Month-to-month balances of less than $10 will roll-over, so if you average $5 per month, you'll get a check in about 20 months, and you'll get everything you earned. But you won't get a $5 check.

2) You can't have any other ads that are competing with Google ads (contextual advertising).
