Google should starting innovating once again

It is quite strange to see that Google can't seem to link 1 and 1 together.

A great idea for those who don't want to spend money on adwords but make some money on adsense should be allowed to use their adsense account as a "bank account".

So if I have a site with let's say $200 in adsense revenue, maybe I could "withdraw" $50 and use it for adwords, and the rest given out as a cheque.

Another great idea, let google adsense ppl somehow exchange adsense for google shares. No brokers, no transaction fees and straight from them. It could be beneficial for people who make great money from adsense and Google being the 800 pound gorilla should think of something like this, or create their supposed "PayPal killer" and let adsense money makers have options of buy Google stock or spend it on adwords or maybe let adsense money stay in the account and then ask for a cheque.

What do you think abotu these ideas?

Google has already announced a Payment service just for their "in-house" services, but will not create a Paypal killer service since it won't be peer-to-peer.

It makes no sense for Google to make a payment gateway like Paypal. Goes against their motives and plus they've formally announced that they won't go into Ebay's world.
