Can i open popup to my another website?

Hi all.

I know opening popups is in the "how to loose a visitor" list but because that my website is new i want to open it in a popup window.

What i want to know is, i have adsense codes in my other website. Is this against the rules?

* I am not opening popup to a single adsensed code page this is a complete website and has content in it.

* I don't force visitors to click on the ads just making them see my new website.

Yes that’s fine; Google will allow you to have adsense on both of your sites!

Yeah that would.. as i am using my code on many websites but the thing i want to know is, is it against the rules to open my new website in popup window.

No you cant unless it's a new window not a pop up!

Maybe i am naming it as "popup". The new website loads when you click X and left the first one?
