[help] how can i request the money[adsense]

Good day to every1,in specialy to the reader.
I have on google adsense

Code:

143,32 US$

I leave in ROmania, i recived the PIN and enter it afcorse.
I chooised the western union paying metod

btw when i click my account > payment history > it says with BOLT something like " earnings at the end of month may - 87,49$"

ah,i dont know how to take the money, or i must wait to make more or some

im a starter with the adsense paying, the thing i cannot handle is the payment,how can i do something like:
Click here if you whant your money to be send it to you
You understand guys >.> ?

If you have problem then check with Google adsense team

If you only reached >$100 this month, then you will not receive that money for 2 months. Just be patient.
