333 Clicks and only $7?

Can someone help me explain why I am getting so little money when I put ads on a site with a lot of traffic. Look at this:
Date Page impressions Clicks Page CTR Page eCPM [?] Earnings
Saturday, July 11, 2009 104,208 333 0.32% $0.07 $7.11

It depends on how much people are paying google on Adwords. Google then pays you a percentage - based on research it is roughly around 25%. So if you are getting 2 cents per click so I would guess the keywords on your site is worth 10 cents. Meaning the advertisers are paying 10 cents per click to google.

You shouldn't post your Page CTR & eCPM value.

Yes and another thing he could do is use the compeditive ad filter maybe its because of cheap ads on his site you know the ones that pay 1 ct or 3 ct a click

Niche is very important in terms of Adsense, before constructing any site or blog.
Before selecting niche you can find about its average cpc and then build your site. Also if your CTR is less, then you can try putting your ads above in upper fold.
Hope it might help you

Thanks !!
