GOOGLE ban my site because my site is not following the quality instruction,
I worry about the safety of my adsense account.
Should I remove the advertisement from this site?

I would fix the site first. If you are not getting much traffic anyway, then I would say remove adsense and get listed in directories. If you are getting traffic from other sources, then keep it on and fix the site.

If you worry about being banned from adsense as well, then remove it.
