question about blocked account

if my account had been blocked can i open new account on the same site?
or google blocked not only my account but also the domain?

You can not open new for you and the domain name.

I don't think so, change an IP adress and apply with your sister's info, for example, may help!

Hi,

Getting an account block does not block the site, but you can not get the Adsense account again with same domain and same ip. You can try with some new site and new ip.

I will not accept Mr.Vijendras reply. Normally, Google adsense will not give another approval for the same doman name I believe.
