Same here, a site must at least have a purpose and also have a target audience in question.

It is a good concept in my opinion as there are
many interested in making money with adsense but
are not good at building web sites.
The sites could be anyway built much better.

Html + Adsense web generator...No way. It's less traffic from major SE.
