Second web site - using google ads?

Hello,

I have a business account type with Google Adsense. I am getting ready to expand my company the first of the year which will include adding new second web site. When I am ready to add google ads to the new site do I have to contact google first to review the new site? Do I open a new account or use the same account I have now?

Thank you
Kimberly

I am not sure if you have to submit your site to Google, but the Adsense staff is very helpful. However, I am pretty sure that you can keep everything under one Adsense account. I would login to Adsense and e-mail them saying you are adding a second website to your account just to keep them informed of the possible change in impressions and click and wait for the response before putting up all your new ads. I think that is your safest bet unless one of the other Adsense pros here has dealt with a similar situation.

Actually I guess you can just place ads on other sites added as needed after your initial site's approval and use the same adsense account for all of your sites. I found this right on the adsense help section from a search.

How do I add more sites to my account?

The code on the Ad layout code and Search code pages is valid for any page in any site on which you want to display Google ads. Simply add the code to your page source, and we'll automatically detect the new site and display relevant ads.

Please note that there is no need to open additional accounts or to notify us when you have placed the ad code or search code on a new site.

To place the script on a new site, please follow the steps below:

To display Google ads:

1. Log in to your account at https://www.google.com/adsense
2. Click the Ad layout code link under the AdSense for content tab
3. Select your layout options
4. Copy the ad code from the Your AdSense Code box
5. Paste the code into the appropriate page on your site

To display an AdSense for search box:

1. Log in to your account at https://www.google.com/adsense
2. Click the Search code link under the AdSense for search tab
3. Select your site encoding from the drop-down list
4. Select any additional search options and choose a style palette
5. Copy and paste the code from the Your Google search box code box into the appropriate page on your site.

Please be sure that all the sites on which you place our AdSense for content and AdSense for search code comply with our program policies (https://www.google.com/adsense/policies).

Thank you very much, I searched for that information but must have missed it.
