Adsense Rules Question - how many ads?

I was reading and if I understand right we can have PER EACH WEB PAGE:

3 ad units

2 AdSense for search boxes

1 link unit

1 referral button per product

Am I understanding correctly?

Sorry, I was just trying to be part of the forum as I was reading online about google AdSense, didn't mean to be a pain asking something that could have been looked up. I will be more careful about posting here from now on.
