My site has copyrighted material. Please help!

I received an email stating my site has copyrighted material and was therefore not approved to use adsense. My site has BitTorrent related content, but no illegal files or torrents were listed or hosted. Is it possible that they don't accept links or directories to torrent sites?

Please check my site out if you find anything copyrighted and I'll see what I can do. Thanks!

Yes, I think just the links to download sites would be enough to keep them away, falling under "Any other content that promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others", according to Program Policies.
With the nature of your site, I don't see any way around this.

Nevermind, I've sent them an email to give them more info about my site. And now, I'm approved, YAY!

Well good luck it they approved you.
But be careful and never keep adsense on Warez pages.
Or you will lose money at Payout time.
